As we all transition to working from home, it is important to set our work desk into a comfortable and ergonomic place. Don't forget:

- Our bodies still need to be in a neutral and natural position.

- Breaks are still necessary. Walk around, stretch, and change your position.

Here are a few products that we recommend for your home office:

Chairs:

Unergonomic house chairs will only make it difficult for you to focus on your work without the correct back and seat support. Lack of adjustments can cause serious issues. Here are a few chairs that are in the budget and more adjustable than your bar stool - Sale Chairs

Desk:

If you have enough space in your house to install a height-adjustable desk, you can benefit in multiple ways. Switching between sitting and standing and having the keyboard at the right height can make a positive effect on your body, preventing backaches. There are a bunch of deals of height-adjustable tables that are affordable and easy to install.

You can install sit-stand workstations on your existing desk and enhance your workplace.

Laptop Riser, KB, and Mouse:

To level your laptops to your eye level you need a laptop riser. This will prevent neck pains and strain on your eyes. Along with a laptop riser, do add an ergonomic mouse and keyboard so your hands don’t have to be in an awkward position when using a laptop.

Footrest:

If your feet are dangling on the floor you should add a footrest to your setup. Not only does it support your feet, it also ensures you have the correct 90deg angle when sitting on the chair.

There are many more products that can help you better your workspace and while working from home becomes the new normal, you should make your desk a normal and productive space to work in as well.

Don’t forget to stretch and move around. And stay safe!
