Billing to ICBC and WSBC

Follow these steps

  1. Request quote from Chairlines either using the quote feature on our website or by emailing us at sales@chairlines.com. Please include your name, contact information, claim number and delivery address.
  2. We will provide you with an official Chairlines quote in 24-48 hours.
  3. Send this quote to ICBC, WSBC or Veterans Affairs for approval.
  4. Forward the hardcopy/email approval directly to the sales representative that provided you the quote.
  5. In-stock items will be set for delivery and the client will be contacted to schedule the delivery.
  6. Items that are custom/out of stock will be placed on order and will be a final sale. 
  7. Once all the products are delivered, Chairlines will help facilitate invoicing to ICBC, WSBC or Veterans Affairs
